At Sunset Surf Co., we are passionate about mental health and wellness benefits of being on, in or near the water. Utilizing the science behind the Blue Mind Theory, we strive to be intentional with our time on the water and the ways it benefits us and those around us. I am fortunate enough to experience the ways it helps the first responders, nurses and military in our community through an organization called Operation Get Out. Operation Get Out is a non profit started by a dear family friend and water momma of mine! We, as a community, are blessed with the opportunity to get out on the lake, so grab your crew and let's make the most of it!
